            ○ ปกนิยายหรือแฟนฟิครูปเล่มตีพิมพ์
            ○ แฟนอาร์ตให้ Vtuber
            ○ ภาพโปรโมทหรือของแถมโปรโมทผลงานกรณีทำสินค้าขายเพิ่มเติม● หากผู้ว่าจ้างใช้ภาพทำ “ของแถม” ร่วมกับผลงานหลัก ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม
● หากผู้ว่าจ้างนำไปขายเป็นสินค้าเพิ่มเติม คิดเพิ่มสินค้าละ 80% ของราคาไฟล์ภาพ            ตัวอย่าง
            ค่าปกนิยาย 5,000 บาท
            ต้องการทำสแตนดี้ + พวงกุญแจขาย            สแตนดี้: 5,000 × 80% = 4,000 บาท

📃หมวดจองคิวและเริ่มงาน● ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถจองได้มากที่สุด 2 คิวต่อเนื่องกัน (1 คิว ต่อ 1 บรีฟเท่านั้น)● เมื่อนักวาดส่ง Email ข้อมูลวันที่เริ่มงาน ราคา และกำหนดชำระเงินให้แล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอปรับเปลี่ยน บรีฟ และ/หรือ วันที่เริ่มงานได้ นักวาดจะเสนอตารางเวลา และ/หรือ ราคาสำหรับบรีฟใหม่ให้จนกว่าจะได้ข้อตกลงที่สะดวกทั้งสองฝ่าย● หากไม่มีการตอบกลับ Email จากผู้ว่าจ้างภายใน 3 วัน นักวาดอาจเลื่อนคิวให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นก่อนโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า● ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถเลือกชำระเต็มจำนวนหรือมัดจำตามตกลง โดยต้องชำระภายในวันที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้นจะถือเป็นการยกเลิกคิวโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า● หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการเปลี่ยนบรีฟใหม่ทั้งหมดหลังจากกำหนดวันเริ่มงานแล้ว ต้องส่งบรีฟล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 5 วันก่อนเริ่มงานเพื่อคำนวณราคาใหม่ ทั้งนี้ หากราคาเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ นักวาดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนวันเริ่มงานหรือวันชำระเงินตามความเหมาะสม● หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการเลื่อนคิวหรือวันเริ่มงาน ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 5 วันก่อนวันเริ่มงานเดิมที่กำหนด เพื่อหาวันเริ่มงานใหม่ที่เหมาะสม

📝หมวดแก้งาน● ในขั้นตอนร่าง ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอแก้ไขงานได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง ต่อจากนั้นคิดเพิ่มครั้งละ 100 บาท (ชำระเพิ่มก่อนรับไฟล์จริง)● ในขั้นตอนตัดเส้น-ลงสี ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอแก้ไขงานได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง ต่อจากนั้นคิดเพิ่มครั้งละ 100 บาท (ชำระเพิ่มก่อนรับไฟล์จริง)● หากมีการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงองค์ประกอบในงานที่กระทบราคาที่ตกลงในตอนแรก จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม (ชำระเพิ่มก่อนรับไฟล์จริง)● กรณีเป็นความผิดพลาดของนักวาด เช่น อ่านบรีฟตกหล่น นักวาดจะแก้ไขให้ฟรีในครั้งนั้นโดยไม่หักโควต้าการแก้ไข

❌หมวดยกเลิกงาน● หากนักวาดยังไม่กำหนดวันเริ่มงานที่แน่นอน ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอยกเลิกคิวล่วงหน้าได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ● หลังจากนักวาดกำหนดวันเริ่มงานแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอยกเลิกคิวได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายหากแจ้งยกเลิกล่วงหน้ามากกว่า 3 วันก่อนวันเริ่มงานที่กำหนด● หลังจากนักวาดกำหนดวันเริ่มงานแล้ว หากผู้ว่าจ้างขอยกเลิกคิวภายใน 3 วันก่อนวันเริ่มงานที่กำหนด ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องชำระค่ายกเลิกคิวจำนวน 100 บาท● หากมีการขอเลื่อนคิว หรือ ขอยกเลิกคิว อย่างกระชั้นชิดเกิน 3 ครั้ง นักวาดขอสงวนสิทธิ์พิจารณาการรับงานในอนาคต● หากนักวาดมีความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกคิวก่อนที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระเงิน ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับส่วนลดคอมมิชชั่น 5% เมื่อต้องการว่าจ้างในครั้งต่อไป● หากนักวาดมีความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกคิวหลังจากผู้ว่าจ้างชำระเงินแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับเงินคืน 100% และได้รับส่วนลดคอมมิชชั่น 10% เมื่อต้องการว่าจ้างในครั้งต่อไป● หากผู้ว่าจ้างขอยกเลิกงานหลังจากนักวาดส่ง "ภาพร่างแรก" ให้ตรวจสอบแล้ว จะได้รับเงินคืน 50% ของราคางาน และไม่อนุญาตให้นำภาพร่างดังกล่าวไปใช้ประโยชน์ใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น หากตรวจพบจะปรับตามเรทเชิงพาณิชย์

📩หมวดหลังเสร็จงาน● สำหรับงานเชิงพาณิชย์ หากต้องการดัดแปลงโครงสร้างภาพหรือตัดต่อภาพจนไม่เหลือเค้าโครงเดิม (เช่น เปลี่ยนชุดตัวละคร, ตัดต่อหัวไปใส่ร่างอื่น) ต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากนักวาดก่อน แต่การใส่ Text ทำพื้นหลังปก หรือจัด Layout เพื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สามารถทำได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งนักวาดล่วงหน้า● นักวาดจะไม่รับแก้ไขรายละเอียดในภาพเพิ่มเติมหลังจากส่งไฟล์ให้กับผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว ยกเว้น

            ○ ปรับขนาดไฟล์ เช่น แก้ความหนาสันหนังสือ
            ○ แก้คำผิดจากความผิดพลาดของนักวาดเอง
            กรณีอื่นๆ ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถสอบถามนักวาดก่อนได้● ไฟล์งานจะถูกลบออกจากเครื่องของนักวาดภายใน 5 เดือนหลังจากส่งไฟล์ให้ผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว เพราะฉะนั้นผู้ว่าจ้างควรสำรองไฟล์ด้วยตัวเอง

🚫หมวดข้อห้าม● ห้ามผู้ว่าจ้างแอบอ้างว่างานที่ได้รับเป็นงานที่วาดด้วยตัวเองหรือวาดโดยคนอื่นนอกเหนือจากนักวาดที่ว่าจ้าง● ห้ามนำไปใช้กับ Blockchain/NFT/AI Dataset ทุกประเภท● ห้ามผู้ว่าจ้างนำงานที่จ้างด้วยเรทราคาส่วนตัว ไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่แจ้งนักวาดก่อน หากพบการแอบนำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ภายหลัง ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระค่าส่วนต่างเพิ่มตามเรทเชิงพาณิชย์ และค่าปรับอีก 20% ของราคานั้น

📌Commercial useUsing the artwork to support or increase engagement for a project, brand, or creation—regardless of whether it generates revenue—is strictly classified as commercial use.            Examples include:
            ○ Online novel or fanfiction covers.
            ○ Printed novel or fanfiction covers.
            ○ Fanart for Vtubers.
            ○ Promotional images or promotional merchandise/freebies.Additional Merchandise for Sale● If the client uses the artwork as a "freebie/bonus item" included with the main product, there is no extra charge.
● If the client sells the artwork as separate merchandise, an additional fee of 80% of the original artwork price will be charged per item type.            Example:
            Novel Cover Base Price: 200 USD
            Requesting to sell Standees + Keychains:            Standee: 200 × 80% = 160 USD
            Keychain: 200 × 80% = 160 USD
            Total Additional Payment: 320 USDConditions● The client may modify or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes strictly within the agreed-upon scope.
● The client must provide a detailed breakdown of how the artwork will be used before finalizing the price with the artist.
● If the client requires the artwork to be kept strictly confidential (NDA/Private commission), additional fees may apply.
● Whenever possible, please credit the artist every time the artwork is published.
● The client will receive commercial usage rights within the agreed scope, but the copyright remains with the artist unless a full copyright transfer/buyout is agreed upon and paid for separately.

📃BOOKING SECTION & STARTING WORK● Clients can book a maximum of 2 consecutive slots at a time (Strictly 1 brief per slot).● Once the artist sends an email containing the start date, pricing, and payment deadline, the client may request adjustments to the brief and/or the start date. The artist will propose alternative schedules and/or pricing until a mutually convenient agreement is reached.● If there is no response to the email from the client within 3 days, the artist reserves the right to pass the slot to another client without prior notice.● Clients can choose to pay in full or a deposit (Only for clients with Thai Bank Account) as agreed. Payment must be made by the specified deadline; otherwise, the queue slot will be automatically canceled without prior notice.● If the client wishes to completely change the brief after the start date has been set, the new brief must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the start date for price recalculation. If the price changes significantly, the artist reserves the right to adjust the start date or payment deadline accordingly.● If the client wishes to postpone their slot or start date, they must notify the artist at least 5 days before the original start date to reschedule.

📝REVISIONS● 3 free revisions are allowed during the sketching/drafting stage. Subsequent revisions will incur a fee of 4 USD per request. ❌CANCELLATION● If the artist has not yet set a definitive start date, the client may cancel the booking in advance free of charge.● Once the start date has been set, the client may cancel free of charge if notice is given more than 3 days prior to the scheduled start date.● Once the start date has been set, if the client requests a cancellation within 3 days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee of 4 USD will be charged.● In the event of last-minute booking rescheduling or cancellations exceeding 3 times, the artist reserves the right to decline future commissions.● If the artist needs to cancel the booking before payment is made, the client will receive a 5% discount on their next commission.● If the artist needs to cancel the booking after payment has been made, the client will receive a 100% full refund plus a 10% discount on their next commission.● If the client requests to cancel the work after the "first draft" has been delivered for review, a 50% refund will be issued. The client is strictly prohibited from using the draft for any purpose; any unauthorized use will be subject to a fine at commercial rates.

📩AFTER WORK● For commercial work, if the client wishes to significantly modify the artwork's structure or edit it beyond recognition (e.g., changing outfits, photo-manipulating the head onto another body), prior permission from the artist is required. However, adding text, creating book cover backgrounds, or arranging layouts for publishing can be done without prior notice.● The artist will not accept further revisions to the artwork details after the final files have been delivered to the client, except for:            ○ Adjusting file sizes (e.g., adjusting book spine thickness).
            ○ Correcting typos or mistakes caused by the artist.
            For other cases, clients may consult the artist first.● Artwork files will be deleted from the artist's device 5 months after delivery. Clients are highly encouraged to back up their files.

🚫MUST NOT● The client must not claim credit for the artwork, whether by claiming they drew it themselves or that it was drawn by someone other than the commissioned artist.● The artwork must not be used for Blockchain, NFT, or AI Dataset training of any kind.● The client is strictly prohibited from using an artwork commissioned at a personal-use rate for commercial purposes without prior notice. If unauthorized commercial use is discovered later, the client must pay the price difference for the commercial rate, plus a 20% penalty fee of that total commercial price.
