● Mild NSFW และ Explicit NSFW โดยมีการตกลงกันระหว่างนักวาดและผู้ว่าจ้างว่าจะจำกัดการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาอย่างรัดกุม▼งานที่มีแนวโน้มว่าจะไม่รับหรือไม่รับเลย● Gore หรือ Graphic Violence
● Monster หรือ Cosmic Creature
● เครื่องจักรที่มีรายละเอียดมาก
● ภาพเพ้นท์เสมือนจริง
● ไม่รับงานที่มีเนื้อหาสนับสนุนและเห็นดีเห็นชอบกับการคุกคามทางเพศ ความรุนแรงทางเพศ ความสัมพันธ์ที่สังคมเห็นว่าไม่สมควร หรือ เนื้อหาที่สนุบสนุนความเกลียดชัง การแบ่งแยก (i.e. Pedophilia , Child-Adult relationship , Incest , racism)*หากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่แน่ใจว่างานที่ต้องการนั้นเข้าข่ายข้อใดข้างต้นหรือไม่ สามารถพูดคุยสอบถามนักวาดก่อนได้
📌Personal useผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถนำไปทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลงได้โดยไม่นำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์เพื่อสร้างกำไร เช่น ทำของแจกที่ไม่ใช่เพื่อการโฆษณา , ใส่Fontบนรูปเพิ่มเติมเพื่อปริ๊นโปสการ์ดเป็นของขวัญให้คนรู้จัก , นำไปทำสแตนดี้อะคริลิคเก็บเอง ฯลฯ● กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ต้องการให้นำภาพไปเป็นตัวอย่างงาน สามารถแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงานได้
● ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เครดิตนักวาดทุกครั้งที่อัพโหลดงานลงพื้นที่สาธารณะ
แต่ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานที่ผู้ว่าจ้างหรือบุคคลอื่นวาดเองทั้งนี้ ลิขสิทธิ์ตัวภาพยังเป็นของนักวาด ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้จนกว่าจะชำระเงินเพิ่มเติมเพื่อซื้อขาด
📌Commercial useผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถนำไปทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลงในเชิงพาณิชย์เพื่อสร้างกำไรได้ เช่น ทำของแจกเพื่อการโฆษณา , ทำปกนิยายออนไลน์หรือปกนิยายรูปเล่มตีพิมพ์ , ทำสินค้าชิ้นเล็ก (goods เช่น พวงกุญแจ สแตนดี้อะคริลิค) เพื่อขายสร้างกำไร ฯลฯ
● กรณีที่ว่าจ้างเพื่อนำภาพไปทำปกนิยาย แต่ต้องการทำสินค้าจากไฟล์ภาพเดิมแถมไปกับรูปเล่มด้วย จะไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม● กรณีที่ว่าจ้างเพื่อนำภาพไปทำปกนิยาย แต่ต้องการขายสินค้าเพิ่มเติมจากไฟล์ภาพนั้นด้วย ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสินค้าละ 50% ของราคาปก เช่น ราคาปก 5000 บาท ต้องการนำภาพไปทำสแตนดี้อะคริลิค(5000×50%=2500) และ พวงกุญแจ(5000×50%=2500)เพื่อขายด้วย ดังนั้นราคาที่ต้องชำระเพิ่มคือ 2500+2500=5000● ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เครดิตนักวาดทุกครั้งที่อัพโหลดงานลงพื้นที่สาธารณะ แต่ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานที่ผู้ว่าจ้างวาดเองทั้งนี้ ลิขสิทธิ์ตัวภาพจะตกเป็นของผู้ว่าจ้าง โดยนักวาดจะสามารถนำงานใส่พอร์ตเป็นตัวอย่างคอมมิชชั่นได้ก็ต่อเมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างอนุญาตเท่านั้น
*หากมีกรณีนอกเหนือจากนี้ สามารถพูดคุยตกลงกับนักวาดเพิ่มเติมได้ทันทีเพื่อความชัดเจนค่ะ
📝หมวดเริ่มงาน● ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระเงินก่อนเพื่อเริ่มงาน สามารถชำระเป็นมัดจำ 50% หรือ ชำระเต็มจำนวนได้ แล้วแต่สะดวก
● ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระเงินก่อนหรือภายในวันเริ่มงานที่จองไว้ มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าขอยกเลิกคิวโดยนักวาดไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบ
● ผู้ว่าจ้างควรส่งบรีฟอย่างน้อย 3-5 วัน ก่อนถึงวันที่จองคิวไว้
❌หมวดยกเลิกงาน● ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอยกเลิกคิวได้ก่อนวันที่เริ่มงานจริงอย่างน้อย 3 วัน โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ แต่หากมีการขอเลื่อนคิว หรือ ขอยกเลิกคิว อย่างกระชั้นชิดเกิน 3 ครั้ง นักวาดจะขออนุญาตไม่รับงานผู้ว่าจ้างอีกในครั้งต่อไป
● หากนักวาดมีความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกคิวก่อนที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระเงิน ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับส่วนลดคอมมิชชั่น 5% เมื่อต้องการว่าจ้างในครั้งต่อไป
● หากนักวาดมีความจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกคิวหลังจากผู้ว่าจ้างชำระเงินแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับเงินคืน 100% และได้รับส่วนลดคอมมิชชั่น 10% เมื่อต้องการว่าจ้างในครั้งต่อไป
● หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการขอยกเลิกคิวเมื่อเริ่มขั้นตอนร่างงานไปแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างได้รับเงินคืน 50% ของราคางานนั้นๆ
📩หมวดหลังเสร็จงาน● นักวาดจะไม่รับแก้ไขรายละเอียดในภาพเพิ่มเติมหลังจากส่งไฟล์ให้กับผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว ยกเว้น
○ ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการปรับขนาดไฟล์ เช่น แก้ความหนาสันหนังสือ
○ มีคำผิดในภาพ ซึ่งเป็นความผิดพลาดของนักวาดเอง
กรณีอื่นๆ ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถสอบถามนักวาดก่อนได้● ไฟล์งานจะถูกลบออกจากเครื่องของนักวาดภายใน 5 เดือนหลังจากส่งไฟล์ให้ผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว เพราะฉะนั้นผู้ว่าจ้างควรเซฟไฟล์งานไว้กับตัวทันทีที่ได้รับไฟล์
🚫หมวดข้อห้าม● ห้ามผู้ว่าจ้างแอบอ้างว่างานที่ได้รับเป็นงานที่วาดด้วยตัวเองหรือวาดโดยคนอื่นนอกเหนือจากนักวาดที่ว่าจ้าง
● ห้ามนำงานที่ได้รับไปอัพโหลดลง A.I. Generator เพื่อดัดแปลง
● ห้ามนำงานไปลงขาย NFT
● ห้ามผู้ว่าจ้างนำงานที่จ้างด้วยเรทราคาส่วนตัว ไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่แจ้งนักวาดก่อน

📌Personal useClients can copy, distribute, display and modify the work ONLY for non-commercial purpose. For example, personal giveaways, adding fonts on the art and sending it as a postcard gift for friends and/or family , making an acrylic standee from the art for yourself, etc.● In case clients don't want their work to be displayed as commission sample, please inform the artist in advance.
● Credit is appreciated when the work is uploaded on offline and online public platforms.Please be reminded that the artist still holds the copyright to the work and clients CANNOT use the work for commercial purpose unless the extra charge is made.
📌Commercial useClients can copy, distribute, display and modify the work for commercial purpose. For example, free giveaways as commercial advertisement, offline and online novel's cover , making goods such as acrylic keychains / standee from the art for sale, etc.
● The same artwork on novel's cover can be used on other free goods that come along with the novel without extra charge.● The same artwork on novel's cover can be used on other goods for sale ONLY WHEN EXTRA CHARGE IS MADE. Price of each goods will be calculated as 50% of the cover price. For example, if the artwork cover price is $150 and you want to sell acrylic keychains and standees with the same artwork on them, the additional price will be $150x50%=$75(Keychains) and $150x50%=$75(Standees). Total extra charge needed to be made is $75+$75=$150● Credit is appreciated when the work is uploaded on offline and online public platforms.The clients hold the copyright to the work and the artist can use the artwork for commission sample as long as the clients approve.

📝STARTING WORK● The artist will start working ONLY after the payment is made.
● The payment MUST be made one or more days before the reserved date or the queue will be immediately cancelled without prior notice.
● The commission brief SHOULD be sent at least 3-5 days before the reserved date.
❌CANCELLATION● The clients can cancel the queue at least 3 days before the reserved date without extra charged. However, if the client repeatedly cancel or postpone the queue more than three times, said client will be blacklisted.
● In case the artist needs to cancel the queue before the payment is made, the artist will inform the clients 1 week in advance and 5% discount will be given to the clients for the next commissioning.
● In case the artist needs to cancel the queue after the payment is made, the clients will get 100% refund and 10% discount will be given to the clients for the next commissioning.
● In case the clients need to cancel the queue during the sketching process, the clients will get 50% refund.
📩AFTER WORK● There will be NO MORE EDITS after the files are sent out EXCEPT FOR :
○ Trivial change to the size. (e.g. size of the book spine)
○ Typos
Beside the case above, please discuss with the artist● The files will be removed from the artist's database 5 months after the files are sent out, so the clients MUST make sure that all necessary files are saved as soon as they get them.
🚫MUST NOT● DO NOT claim that the artwork is entirely created by someone else other than the artist.
● DO NOT use the files with A.I. generator to modify the artwork.
● DO NOT trade the files as NFT
● DO NOT use personal artwork for commercial purpose without the artist's permission and extra charge.
